Defective product, horrible customer service We purchased this Samsung just over six months ago, in November 2016 (not from Amazon), and had it professionally installed. What a disaster it has turned out to be, both in terms of the unit quality and the essentially non-existent customer service. We had major failures with the unit, and since it was under warranty, we contacted Samsung to come and repair it.
